Welcome to Pensacola's trusted transmission specialists. While owner Chad Westfall took the reins just over a year ago, our shop's roots in the community run deep — backed by a team with decades of combined automotive expertise.

For Chad Westfall, cars aren't just a business — they're a lifelong passion. Chad spent years as a Ford Certified Technician before moving to Kelley Blue Book, where he used his deep industry knowledge to help set vehicle valuation trends for domestic cars, trucks, and SUVs. Later, he earned his degree in mechanical engineering.
As a mechanical engineer, Chad worked on high-level, remarkable products within the defense industry. Yet his heart stayed in the automotive world. When the opportunity arose to purchase this Pensacola transmission shop, he jumped at the chance to bring elite engineering standards and a fresh perspective to local vehicle care.
When Chad took over, he asked a simple question: how can we better serve our customers while taking better care of our team? The answer was a complete rethink of the traditional auto-shop model. We're now open 7 days a week to serve you whenever you need us — but we didn't get there by burning out our staff. In fact, we did the opposite:
*A note on warranties: We work as fast as humanly possible on every vehicle, but warranty companies require multiple approvals and rigid processes that dictate the pace of those specific repairs. Rest assured, we push them along every step of the way.

Our commitment to honesty doesn't stop in the garage. Our service and sales managers are salaried employees, not commission-based. We don't charge for our basic vehicle checkouts. We use that initial inspection to pinpoint the issue for the vast majority of vehicles that come through our doors. Once we know exactly what's going on — and only then — do we craft a precise repair plan and discuss pricing.
Transparency note: On occasion, a vehicle has a unique or complex electrical issue that takes hours of advanced diagnostics to isolate. If that's the case, we'll tell you upfront. We only bill for advanced diagnostic time after you've reviewed and approved the hours beforehand. No surprises.

We firmly believe youth sports are one of the best ways to keep kids active, healthy, and away from electronics — while teaching invaluable social skills and building lifelong confidence.
Chad has been coaching soccer here in Pensacola since 2014, and originally started coaching early in his life back in Arizona. Over the years he's found great success with various recreational teams and several academy programs. Together, Chad and Nicole also assemble competitive small-sided teams for local 5v5 tournaments — bringing home multiple championships and runner-up titles along the way.
With Nicole also bringing over a decade of experience coaching and managing youth sports, their dedication runs deep. Beyond their own time on the field, our shop proudly sponsors other local youth teams to ensure young athletes in our area have the platform they need to grow, learn, and succeed.
